Because our products may be handmade, customized, or prepared specifically for each order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved returns or replacements must be arranged with Melton & Co. Creations before an item is sent back.

Please note: We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for damage caused after delivery, normal wear and tear, or incorrect care or use.
